Advance Deposit Policy:

Low/High Season:
Deposit of one night, remaining amount 30 days prior
Peak Season:
Deposit of 50%, remaining amount 60 days prior

Acceptable Payment

Credit card payments, wire transfers or checks to our US or local bank accounts in US dollars are our preferred method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Low season:
10% penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival -14 to 7 days 50% - less 100%
Peak Season:
10% penalty up to 60 days prior to arrival - 59 to 30 days 50% - less 100%
High Season:
10% penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival - 29 to 15 days 50% - less 100

Room rates

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Rates cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months out. La Mansion Inn will reserve the right to adjust room rates without notification, but will honor all prior commitments.

Discount and Complimentary Facilities

We offer special industry rates for travel agents, subject to availability during the low season. Agents need to present a valid IATA or other identification. A business card alone is not enough. Free accommodations are not available unless specifically invited.


All rates are subject to applicable sales taxes and service charges.

Check-in / Check-out Guidelines

Guests are welcome to use cash or credit cards. Guests who have not made prior arrangements through travel agents may guarantee their reservations by credit card. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for miscellaneous charges. Check-in time: 3:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

Group Deposit Requirements:

All group reservations (minimum 6 rooms) are considered tentative until the required room nights deposit is received and accepted. Upon confirmation, the first night of the total expected room revenue must be paid. At 60 days before group arrival, full payment must be received.

Gratuity and Service Charges

A government-mandated gratuity of 10% is charged on food and beverage sales.
